Selling Price and Additional Fees
- Pricing: The selling price, credit packs, subscription plans, and any optional paid services are clearly displayed on the relevant pricing, billing, or quotation screens prior to purchase.
- Additional Fees: Internet connection fees, communication charges, and any third-party platform fees required to operate connected marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, BUYMA) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment Methods and Timing

Refunds and Cancellations
Because Star Mesh provides digital goods and services, completed purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable unless required by applicable law.
- System Failures: If a paid operation (e.g., product distribution task) fails entirely due to an internal system error on our platform, the unconsumed credits will remain in your balance or be returned according to our Terms of Use.
- Account Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription or stop using the service at any time via the account dashboard. However, previously purchased credits or completed custom-service charges will not be refunded or retroactively canceled.
System Requirements (Operating Environment)
The Service is a web-based application. To use Star Mesh effectively, a modern, supported web browser (e.g., the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) and a stable broadband internet connection are required.
